Yard rentals near Bristol.

Ok so originally was set on buying a house and yard in this area but have just had a rental valution on my houses and am now considering renting somewhere myself instead of buying.

Do any of you guys know of rental companies where i could get -

House / Bungalow - 2 beds minimum
Stables - 5+
School
acrerage to depend on how many stables.

Any help appreciated as i dont really know the area but i will be working at Bristol airport so anywhere within an hours radius is ideal.

I think it's just a case of searching websites (H&H, rightmove, prime location, rural property index, etc.) and contacting local agents. It may also be the case that some people with properties not selling would be happy to let instead. Perhaps put a wanted advert up and go to some of the main tack shops in the area to see if they have any ads.

Thanks - just not being local i dont know any local agents at all.

I could search through to find these properties but I don't have time - it is not always obvious from the initial view of the advert that there are any equestrian facilities - sometimes there is just one sentence at the end saying that there are equestrian facilities available by separate negotiation, or similar.

Second one down has land, arena and stables. It's about 10/15 minutes from Brizz Airport. Setter and Lee, Debbie Fortune also do rentals around here.
