YARD THEFT NORTHANTS/BUCKS

Our yard was broken into overnight, everything taken apart from the horses (thank god) and trailors....all tack, rugs and equipment gone. Padlocks and chains cut.

Yard located in Hartwell on the Northants/Bucks border.

Please be vigilant, and if anybody knows of any 2nd hand rug/tack sales in the area coming up please let me know as it'll probably be our stuff!!

oh i am sorry to hear this thats terrible! thank god though that all horses are ok, makes you wander how they feel when they see things like this going in at their bedtime...must upset them..

I know it makes me sick to the stomach to think of those scumbags sneaking round at night whilst my boys were right there!! My old boy was definitely distressed this morning. Least they left them well alone, no money in the world could ever replace them.

Our local saddlers told us today that there's also been thefts from yards in Blisworth, Salcey and other local places....all tack and rugs wiped out from every place. If you are local please keep an eye out and let everybody know.
