Yard tips ?

any one got any cheap yard tips !!! much appreciated having to cut back on things .

spent to much at tack shops oooop < but who does'nt wanna buy there horses things that make them look pretty and silly

Buy tesco shampoo, it's only about 33p and works just as well as the expensive horse stuff!

Use polish on tails instead of expensive detangler,

the amount of detangler i use im really interested in this tip polish as in house polish? oh wont hear of it, is there anything else ie baby oil mixed with something? im happy to try polish or anything, see size of tail im contending with and youll understand! thanks.

*mix baby oil with water and fly spray to use as a detangler, you dont have to put fly stuff in but i find it useful!

*muck out with rubber gloves on, this saves loads of ur bedding and doesnt take too long.

*use veggy oil instead of hoof oil- just as good.

*to earn some money- have a bit of a clear out and anything you dont use/want any more either sell it to people on the yard, put it on ebay or find a tack shop that buys ur 2nd hand stuff to sell on.
