yard to rent in cambs?

Does anyone know of any yards to rent in or around Cambridgeshire?

It would need at least 10 stables, a school and grazing. Ideally a flat or cottage aswell.

there was one... um... gah, i can't remember. chippenham? on with bidwells? or cheffins. it was for sale but i think they were willing to rent, not much land though.
