Many of you know about my rather interesting yard manager and how seem to have some rather odd rules. Mostly it suits my retired hardy pony and my wallet. She sub lets from a chap whose daughter has the fields behind ours. He’s now signing the fields over to his daughter. J our yard manager and the daughter do not get on.
Things are allegedly staying as they are for the next two years but time will tell.
Things may well improve! They couldn’t get any worse at times.

How would you feel if the daughter ends up your new YM?

I hope you have your popcorn ready for when it does kick off 😂

my yard was taken other by other farmers a few years ago, they kept things the same for awhile but now its totally different, lost half of my grazing, my stable, space in my tack room and livery livery is almost double. they brought in a load of new liveries and have done the place up a bit but I don't benefit from any of that!

Ah that’s a shame. I’m thinking she’ll definitely charge us more as currently it’s very cheap!
