Yard wanted/grass livery near Grayshott, Surrey

I am looking for a new livery yard for my 15.1hh 20 year old Appaloosa X Cob
gelding. He lives out 24/7 all year round at the moment and I would like to
keep it that way.

Main requirements are:
Good fencing(so I don't worry)
Running water
The ability to get someone to check him when I am away.

Anywhere up to 10 miles from Grayshott.
