Yards in Cardiff Area

Hi,
Does anyone know of any livery yards in the cardiff (cyncoed) area?
I am currently studying at Cardiff Met and living on Cyncoed Campus. I have my two horses here with me but they are about a 20 minute drive the other side of Llandaff! I was just wondering if anyone knew of any stables closer by?

No. There are no stables in this area - it's residential.

Lisvane may be nearer for you. Although Llandaff is only a short drive really from Cyncoed.

Also Cardiff Met is actually in Llandaff.

Where are you currently stabled?

There's a Cyncoed campus too Amymay, further along Western Ave. (think it turns to Eastern Ave at some point, maybe before Cardiff Met turning?)
You may be better off with something to the east of Cardiff, St Mellon's or Castleton way, at least that way you won't have to get across town as you'd be in the right side. I'm not very familiar with the area as I'm west of Cardiff but somewhere like John Ayres saddlery in Rumney might have adverts for places in that sort of area.
Stocklands is lovely though, you'd struggle to get anywhere nicer!
 
Cyncoed is my old stomping ground. Born and raised there.

Essentially op you're going to struggle finding a decent yard much nearer apart maybe from Lisvane. Don't consider St Mellons, and Castleton would be about the same distance as the yard you're on.

The yard you're at also has great facilities and great hacking. Lisvane or Caerphilly mountain are the only two areas nearby that I can think of that would compare - and then only for hacking.

Echo what Amymay has said I think you'd be looking at lisvane or rudry area if you want to cut down on your travel time.
There's Wyndham livery in rhiwbina which has fantastic hacking but limited turnout.
There's graig lodge in lisvane and Cwm farm livery (has a facebook page) in Rudry which would be far closer to Cyncoed if your happy cutting through the lanes from the high school.

All have outdoor schools but I don't think there's any places with indoors any closer than stocklands.
