Yards in Esher/Cobham

Sorry, I know i'm getting boring now!

Looking for a yard that offers the follwing:

All year turnout
A school that doesn't flood
Assisted DIY during the week
Are not mad

Must be inside M25 and off the A3 if possible - currently in Epsom in a stunning yard but boy is getting really stiff being in a stable 22 hours a day (even with horsewalker and daily exercise).

Oh, and parking for my trailer x
 
Try Lodge Liveries , or Bob Gregory (Farrier who is next door to Lodge). Im off out but PM if you want anymore . Pacasham will do assisted DIY too.

Pannells farm is lovely, but some fields are on the edge of the M25. Fine as long as you dont have escaping horse!
 
Try woodlands farm in Stoke D'Abernon have choice of DIY (nicki Jubert) or part livery (sarah fell) (ask if you want numbers), DIY can do 24 hour turnout and parking for trailers etc, Part livery in the summer they are out at night and in during the day, is 10 mins drive of A3 at Cobham (Jct 10 M25)
