Yards in Esher, Epsom Common, Oxshott

I may have to move my boy as I'm trying to save for my degree next year, need the following:

A school (floodlit preferably)
247 grazing in the summer (all round would be perfect!)
Assisted DIY or DIY
Decent hacking

I'm in Claygate at the moment and love the yard but I'm not sure if I'll be able to stay there forever though as it's £180 a month DIY...

Anyone got any ideas?

Don't mind if there's no school as long as there's a hireable school within hacking distance!

have you tried Arbrook farm? You can do DIY or grass livery - fantastic hacking straight on to Esher/Oxshott and reasonable price. There is also Slough farm in claygate, Barwell has a DIY yard, my boy is in Cobham but unfortunatley there is no room - DIY there is £115.

Is Headley too far from where you want? One of my retired livery owners also has her other horse there and the yard has everything you need, plus very smart boxes and a room for the livery customers etc. The hacking looks super when I've visited him.
