Yards in Rayleigh and surrounding areas?

I am due to move house soon and so need a new yard for my horse, I have seen a few in Hockley and Thundersley on line and there is one showing in Rayleigh but at a mega price - can anyone tell me where they all are?

There seems to be a nice one in Hockley but googling it brings up some scary reviews!

Its quite a horsey area so you'd need to put the yard names down for people to know where you mean.

Oh is it really, that's promising, I don't want to add the name of the one with bad reviews so I don't add to its problems on the search engine esp as I dont know it at all, the comments could be very old issues, the expensive one I found is called rawreth I think?

Any recommendations of yards in that area would be most welcome!
