Yards in warlingham area

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to ask for your help.

I'm in desperate need to find a new yard.

I need it to be in the warlingham area as I have no transport so need to be able to hack to Holt Farm.

My requirements are
1. DIY
2. Sand school (preferably flood lit)
3. Good turnout
4. Dogs allowed on yard
5. Nice stable (not american barn)
6. Good security

Anything else is a bonus and 24hr summer grazing would be heaven!

I know I'm asking an awful lot which is why I'm hoping someone on here may have an idea, a nice little private yard would be wonderful.

I don't want to name any yards on here as the best ones are small and private and don't like to be advertised What I will say is contact CBRC (Chelsham & Bromley Riding Club) - google them and you'll get their contact details come up! They are a very friendly bunch, based in the area and will be able to suggest a few nice places - might even know where there are vacanices at the mo
