I'm in Warlingham - what type of livery are you looking for? I know Holt Farm and a few of the liveries moved to our yard but I can't comment on a public forum
I have a small private yard in Tatsfield nr Woldingham/Warlingham-might have space but depends on what your looking for!!..pm me if you want more info..we are a DIY yard though so depends on what your looking for.
Looking for part DIY - ie turnout/bringin and feeding. I muck out myself but it's nice to have the option of paying someone if you get stuck at work etc...needs to have an outdoor school at least.
Can't find Holt Farm anywhere?
Please PM me with any advice/suggestions - much appreciated.
The Holt does have a website-I would guess the main constraint would be turnout at the yard-I have done a few summer dressage comps there but dont know anything else about it..
My yard is DIY but we all help each other..ie turnout/bring ins feeds etc but I only have one space for a gelding. I do have floodlit rubber school, decent fencing, all fields have water troughs etc and mostly all horses are out 24/7 all year round. Although for the last month they have all been in at night because the ground is soo wet. We make our own hay and share the cost as I have 18 acres and are directly opposite the farrier
have parking for trailer/lorry, alarmed tack room and lots of lights. Whereabouts are you based at the mo??
I would recommend my yard as we have 2 spaces after Feb 3rd but it is pure DIY and although we help eachother out there are no staff so you really do have to be able to get up there yourself am and pm.
There is Chavik Park Farm in Biggin Hill - they have 'assisted DIY' and staff to muck-out etc when you need it... they have indoor and outdoor schools and all year round turnout.
To be honest your best bet would be to take a trip to Baverstock or the Saddlery & Gun Room in Biggin Hill (on the Main Road) as most vacancies in the area will be advertised on their boards.
If you do move to Warlingham, send me a PM as I can recommend a very friendly Riding Club!!
Holt have recently started DIY, its not cheap though at £140 pcm. They also rent some fields in Holt wood, there is daily turnout and 24/7 turnout in summer.
Pasha, what yard are you at? I'm stabled in Croydon at the moment, facilities are good but I want to move to some better hacking!

I'm sorry I can't post what yard I am at as it's a private farm and we don't advertise - it'a a word of mouth only thing.... however, if you were to go through Holt Wood bridlepath to the end, then onto the bridlepath that leads to Fairchilds Lane you may pass through our Farm (the bridlepath finishes in our lane)
Whatever stables you are at in the Warlingham area the hacking is really good - most of the yards have an outdoor school and 24/7 turnout
I was told (but don't quote me) that noone lives at Holt Farm and the turnout in Holt Wood is a trek!! Wouldn't fancy doing that in the dark on my own that is for sure
