Yards near Northampton!

I am moving to Northampton in about 6 weeks and looking for a friendly yard. She is 17hh and well mannered. Require a floodlit school as I work full time. Any ideas???

If you do a search through some of the old threads on here you'll find one that asked exactly the same question and got lots of good replies.
Just type Northampton or Northants into the key word box in the search tool and they should all come up

Depends on what part of Northampton but Salcey Ridings might be what you are looking for. They have a web site so you can check them out.

Whereabouts will you be living? (Or what areas are you considering for a yard?) I looked at a good few when I moved here a few months back and may be able to save you the odd trip

Glebe farm in bozeat near wellingborough, they have two outdoors and an indoor now too. Very nice yard there are two in grendon too but not recommended. There's also one on the road towards moulton, they have a.school but not floodlit x

Brilliant thank you!! Really after a floodlit place if possible as I've had a winter recently where she lost so much condition as I could only ride at weekends I'll have a look at glebe

Also Low Farm, Easton Maudit. About 20 min drive from Duston (not in rush hour). I was at Low Farm for 5 years but have now moved to Salcey Forest Ridings as I now live in MK.

Thanks guys! Moving to rushden with my mum for a few months whilst I find somewhere to buy, but come January I'll be looking at round duston area so will investigate again then!

theres yards in nobottle, and great and little brington- about 10 mins drive from duston.

I'm on a yard around that area. Great hacking, big floodlit school, all yr turn out.

Oh, if you were there between 1 April 2007 and 31 August 2012 then we must have known each other!

I had an ex-racer called Ronnie from April 2007 until August 2010, then I rode someone's horse that I had on loan for 6 months or so, then I bought Bil in February/March 2011.

Did you live in the flat?
