Yards to rent Herts, Beds area?

Hello i wonder if anyone can help im looking for a yard to rent 4-20 stables, water, electricity, menage, is all i require it seems like in my area its like looking for a needle in a haystack.I have a good budget for the right yard. Please PM if anybody knows any. Im happy to do up yards that need work.Willing to travel within 1 hour from Stevenage area.

There was one up the A6 but it got snapped up within 3 hours.
