Yep, back up to Yateley again. My sister came with me this week and as her horse hasn't been anywere for a while she wanted to do the 2'9'' unaff first.

So got there just before the 2'9''. Set off in wonderful sunshine, then it was thunder and lighting and the grass just became mud.

I was going to go in the BN and Dis. But seeing the whether thought i'd nip in the 2'9'' as well in case the rain didn't stop.
My sister went in and just had 1 down. I had to tack up very quick and warm up over a couple then in (i'm getting pretty good at our quick warm ups now

). He did a super D/C and we came 2nd. Which was lucky cos they only gave out 2 prizes).

I then went in first in the BN, i rode like a numpy and kept getting him in close to the fences, but he was super again and was rapping his legs up round his ears to get a D/C again. My sister just had 2 down in the J/O. I then had to wait cos i was lying first. I was a bit lucky, towards the end of the class, the horses were slipping a lot on the corners so they had to go steady, and i ended up 2 secs faster then anyone else so we WON!!

I decided to end it there. He lost a shoe, and the ground was getting quite bad. And i left with £33 prize money

Thank You.
Yes thats true. I don't think i'd want to jump very big there. My horses legs are not very good on hard ground. And he normally pulls shoes of if it's too boggy.
