Yattendon Ride - Sunday 1st Sept

With Autumn Hunting just around the corner there can be no better way to get your horse ready than a blast around the Yattendon Ride this Sunday. The weather forecast is brilliant and the recent rain has ensured that the going is perfect.

To whet your appetite a bit more the Berks & Bucks Draghounds have been extremely busy building a range of solid timber fences. If you'd like to see photos or find out more check out their Facebook page:

We will be taking entries on the day - a bargain at £25 (+ £2 ambulance fee).

Oh Hunters - if you are who I think you are we met there last year - plus our friends are doing the start!
Is that bacon roll chap going do you think - he did really good nosh last year - we were starving when we finished - just Googled it they've got 40 jumps this year! Tally Ho!

Do you have to get sponsorship for this ride?
Also are there many small jump options??

No need to raise any sponsorship, although every penny gratefully recieved and all proceeds are donated to good causes.

There will be a variety of fences (approx. 40) ranging from 2'3" to 3'3" and all of them are optional!
