Some of you may remember my thread before xmas last year when i was hoping to buy the 4 year old that my YO had bought from ireland. Well i did :) and im very excited about what this year holds for us :-D He has had the last couple of months off to grow up abit and give me the oppotunity to concentrate on selling my mare who went last month.

Well today was a big milestone :-D Today he lunged and managed to canter from voice command and sustain it on a good sized circle :) and then he had his legs and tail washed and didnt move a muscle :-D Doesnt seem to exciting but it is when he was untouched in june last year :-D

Looking chuffed with himself! he definatley deserved his carrot!

China, he's lovely lovely lovely! Enjoy him, and I hope you will soon post some action shots so we can share in his progress. It's so fulfilling when they start to do transitions on lunge, following voice commands. I'm sure greys are superbright or something, mine lunges "nekkid" - no headcollar or any equipment but voice. It took a while, though.
