P.s I really am, I am the ONLY person on here who is capable of looking after horsies or ponionios in the correct manner (regular beatings with sticks, nailing on my own shoes and turning out in winter with 77 rugs at night and none in the day). Thank you and goodbye.

I think you can influence the fartation rating (in an upwards direction) by causing offence, or at least irritation, deliberately and specifically aiming your comments with the intention of upsetting the target poster. That's how I did it, anyway.
