He went into the last bit of winter grazing today. I thought that he would have a mad 5 minutes with his new mate, but he just got his head down and ate. Looks all innocent here - right?

Turns out he was lulling me into a false sense of security. He waited til I turned my back - jumped in the air and buzzed me at VERY close quarters, before trotting off laughing his head off!

Cheeky monkey :) I am so envious of your grass, my winter paddock is totally bare!

Love him - he's so silly!
This little bit (about 1/2 an acre) is all I have left. The rest of the field is starting to green up, but I'm a while off having any proper grass!

nice!!! both of mine went ploughing past me today to beat me to the top of the hill , my little sweetie leaving lots of room and hideous Mr P getting as close as possible and making sure a sodding great clump of turf hit me straight on the forehead, evil creature :)
