My husband is a transport manager and they lease their vehicles and it is classed as commercial and is very expensive plus it would probably have to have the 6 weekly checks that a private lorry does not require these can be included in the price or the lease if you add R&M on but I dont know anyone that does it ad think you would be looking at a lot. A lorry firm in Ongar charge £99 a day and millage on top

There's a place near us does a scheme where you "buy" a set number of days per year. Comes out at about 4K pa which okay you are getting a state of the art box but it seemed a bit pricey to me (albeit you've no maintenance worries). You'd have to be pretty certain you were going to use all your days to make it even half way worth while and I'm not even sure they could guarantee a box would always be available when you wanted it

Dianchi, I have!!!!! I even said I would pay for its "board and lodging!" but she transports other horses and they are in the Low Emission Zone, so I am not sure she is taking it seriously and she said that they have not yet made the final decision on area???
