Off to stand at Coolmore from what ive read in H&H today. About time too, what an incredible horse, and career.

I wonder what his stud fee will be!?

Dunno........ but he's my hero and I hope the PTB send him at least a couple of class mares to see if he can group 1 winners.........

Really hope he is well used and turns out to be a success. IMHO he is just he type that the current breed of racehorse needs - something that can stay sound over many years of hard competition over a decent distance. So many racehorses retire to stud after a few soft races over as little as just one season. He has proved his soundness, trainability, temperament and honesty, what more should mare owners look for? Good luck to him and happy sha**ing!!

I saw this magnificent horse at Goodwood last year and he absolutely took my breath away. He is quite the most beautiful horse.

Look forward to seeing his sons and daughters in a few years.

Fingers crossed the same career beckons for Sea the Stars soon and he doesn't have to cross the Atlantic first.

Did he not run in the derby as a 3yo due to injury? and from what aiden o'brian says about his temp they know he's ready for a race because he gets a bit nasty, also did anyone see him kick out at the godolphin runner after he won the gold cup (last year I think it was!)?
