Well done to the woman for telling the thug not to slap his dog in the face.If he does this openly in public what abuse does the dog get in private ?

I would have told him to stop if I had backup. Otherwise, I'm ashamed to say, I doubt I would have said anything.

That's the problem isn't it, if you say anything to some of these people you could end up in a box.
Hopefully something is done for the poor dog - she is brave to say something and film it.
