...It's another 'How much?'

Sorry to bug you guys I really didn't know where to find out. I'm selling the little guy soon but don't know how much to ask, I've never had to sell one so young before... So don't really know the market.
Anyway how much would you say a 6 month old colt, Cb cross would be worth? He will be passported and has been wormed, vaccinated, seen the farrier, and is used to being handled. He's a lovely little chap, to make 15.2hh plus, he's friendly without being bargy or nippy and has the sweetest curious temprament. He also has a neat jump from what I've seen, really tucks his legs up. He would be a lovely show horse, wh or sh and will be medium build. Oh yeah he's bay with a large kite shaped star and is rather photogenic.

I can't think what else to add.
So how much approx is he worth? And if he was gelded would he be worth more?

Thanks for any help, it's greatly appreciated.

Oh and he's been vetted... heart, lungs, eyes etc.. and his conformation checked by a vet.

His Moms only six so hasn't yet been broken, but she's a spitting image of her father Laughton Saladin, he won the King George V cup on two ocasions (I'm not to sure what that is but it's for showing....) She also has Littlebeck cavalier as her damsire. I'm aiming to do dressage with her and just have fun. She has lovely action and the foal has this too. I don't really know much about his father, the foal was 'unexpected' and we bought him and his Mom recently. He has the looks and conformation to have a go at more or less anything, though after seeeing his jump it looks like that may be his strong point.

The only negative thing about selling your baby at the moment is he's already classed as a yearling now. If people wanted to do some in hand showing with him, they'd be very out classed against yearlings that will have almost 8 - 9 months growing on him.

I've no idea of value sadly, but he looks a lovely chap.

Thanks, I may show him if I get the chance, I don't think it would matter that he's younger tbh, he'd be smaller than them but he's growing very evenly so looks older than he is.

Anyone got any ideas on price or who I could contact, I'm sorry to bug you lot...

Am I right in remembering that your not 100% as to who his sire is?

As for selling him - I'd wait till he's got his summer coat through tbth!!

Price wise - difficult with only knowing one side of the pedigree. He's lovely though!
