I reckon the "lack of appropriate feeding" lasted a lot more than 3 weeks, poor mare.

Apparently the second photo was actually after return to the sanctuary not before she was neglected, and I have asked the question and apparently she is not in foal!

Poor girl. She's looking great now but suspiciously in foal I would say as well!?

Oh it's ok according to the Gwynedd welsh pony and cob breeders association he's innocent- he was the vice chairmen of their org til yesterday and judged the young handlers at their recent show. It was after all only one of his fifty horses that was neglected-so that's ok then!
