I tried on a very nice Rydale jacket at Blair Castle, but they didn't have the colour I wanted in my size. The chap there checked the van but they didn't have one, so he gave me a note of the colour and a 10% discount voucher for the website so I could get it online. I went online - that colour wasn't an option 
I emailed Rydale via the site and got a very quick response from a lady who said she would check the warehouse to see what they had as not all colours were on the website. They had one in the correct colour and size so she said she would hold it for me until the end of the week and I could phone if I wanted it. I phoned at lunchtime on Thursday to order it and my jacket arrived on Saturday
