I know it is not like she qualified for the Olympics or anything
She had to ride one of the more forward going ponies to see if she was capable of controlling it so she could move up a group.
She was really nervous , she even said as we pulled in the yard "my tummy feels strange " I think it was nerves , but just told her not to worry, if she can ride her pony she can ride any thing
She passed with flying colours
The instructor said she rode the pony really well, was very relaxed, and kept the pony in good balance ( this pony is a favourite with the teenagers, mini is only 7)
When she got the thumbs up from the instructor she was soo proud
Sorry no pics, but I was sitting on my hands so I did not keep reminding her to shorten her reigns, which I did not have to do
Minis main story ever since has been 'she is soo fast at canter, I nearly stood up in my stirrups like a jockey ' thank goodness she did not do that!!!!!
