Yorkshire boots

Hi does anyone know it it is still possible to get Yorkshire Boots? You know the really old-fashioned cloth ones. My event horse has nasty bald patches on the inside of his hind fetlocks. I always ride him in hind boots so I presume he must catch them in the field. I am loath to turn him out in fetlock boots that might rub him but thought nice soft Yorkshire boots might be just the job. I suppose I could always get needle & thread out & make some!!!!!

I have some old felt ones, which attach with elastic and buckles - is that the same thing?

Wow I havent seen or heard of these in donkeys years!! Have you thought of a sausage boot instead, would be better in wet weather too.

That is what I would do! Make some. They are so easy if you have access to a machine.
