Just a daft query really: do any yard owners out there charge less for ponies?
If so, then how do you determine a "pony"; is it by height or type, or what?, and if you do charge less for ponies, then (logically??) do you charge more for horses? Would you, for instance, (Q for liveries as well as YO's) expect to pay less for say a shetland, than you would for a 17.2?
So if someone came along with say a 14.1 or perhaps a 14.3, would you as a YO charge them for a "pony" or a "horse" - also there is the dilemma of whether a shetland would count as a "small pony" and be charged less? Or a thundering great horse of 17.2 being charged more?
Thoughts please!!
