I’m so sorry Annette4, I do apologise for forgetting you! I was going by the dogs I could see in the pictures and they were mostly spaniels ?

I’m sure SlinkyUnicorn was there with St Sweep.... and there was someone else but I can only remember her real name not her user name ???

I can't remember if it was that year or the second one, and not sure of owners user names, but Henry and Sweep the spaniels, Max the labrador, Dylan and Teal, a lady with a gorgeous dane or mastiff cross or something (Hector?), plus others I'm sure and of course one year Cayla !

Ets. It was Slinky with Sweep, and I think Henry's mum was Spud on here, .

Ah I wasn’t sure if Spudlet was there! Yes Hector is the other dog I remember from BBQ 1 but I can’t remember his owners user name ?

Yeh I'm much better with dogs than people. I have on more than one occasion gone up to someone to admire their dog and not realised that I bred it and sold it to them

So Dylan and Teal were with Toffee44..... and Hector and Paddington (how could we have forgotten Paddington!) were with Mollichop! Max was also with SC....

Thank goodness for the search facility... and for the wonderful MM being able to remember the dogs names

There's a man in my neighbourhood, I've met him now and then for about 20 years out on dog walks. I still don't know his name, to me he is simply the man with Greyhounds.

Though I can mention the name of the dogs he's had through the years, it started with Spike, then Pricken, Mia...

Lol looking back I’m astonished we didn’t have fights ? Mind you the second BBQ was expensive for me I do recall as two of mine got bitten when they were doing absolutely nothing minding their own business ?

She’s beautiful. Do you mind me asking how much she weighs? We are always told Luna is small. Our vet is happy with her. She generally sits between 17.5 and 18kg.

Did Cayla even bring a dog? I don’t recall her doing so even though she had 10 to choose from ? I do clearly remember being absolutely convinced that Amy would make a beeline back to Cayla as soon as she saw her again and would abandon me forever ? Bless Amy, she didn’t do that at all

Thank you ? She is enormous and not especially standard-fitting, LOL - she mostly hovers around 26/27kg. She was only a baby of 10 months in the photos, probably closer to 23 or 24kg there. Bitches are supposed to be a lot smaller than she is.

Thank you. Our vet has remarked before that she doesn’t know why she always thinks of Luna as small. She said she’s seen a lot of husky/mal crosses and that’s probably why. Luna is 3 on Friday! Taken yesterday at the horses, enclosed field!

I met a lady a few days ago that I haven’t seen for over a year. She remembered my youngest ones name. I’m not sure whether I should be offended (she remembered the dog, not me) or proud because said youngest was memorable to her!

We met a couple of times last summer ( early in the morning) a guy and his husky, another Luna. Back in the winter when the mornings were still dark, I saw Bo lay on his belly and stop. I knew someone was coming, and then I could just make them out. I called out “is that big Luna” and got a yes! ?
