I pulled the backend of a rabbit (with legs attached), out of my haylage once...Ughh. Was a bit dried up and crispy, and we never did find the front bit.

I had a Setter in various bales of hay this summer. I'm still flabergasted as to how he ended up being baled! Is baled spelled baled or am I about to be corrected?

Re the Setter comment. Perfectly possible and sure it would be nothing more than a nasty accident. Dog could have been injured and lying under height of crop. We had a deer combined last year, tractor man was touchingly upset but no chance of seeing it before combine made a funny noise.
