Young horse help!!

So ideally i needtokeep him with the same 2 or 3 every day. And leave them out? But when not possible bring them all in together? Because that's the problem I have when they need to come in because of bad conditions he herds the owner and rears and kicks... Or should this calm down in time of a stable herd?
 
If it is the best scenario you can do, then yes he needs the same field companions every day. If possible, I would also have them stabled near each other too. When coming in, I would find out which was the boss of the herd and bring him in with that one, it may give him more confidence in not being left behind.

Another thing, (sorry), but they don't get titbits or fed by hand do they? I never give mine titbits until they are much older and especially never give them anything in the field. This can lead to a lot of barging of people and disrespect, which is dangerous when you have several youngsters together.
 
No they all have feed balls for tip it's in there beds. There not stabled near each other and it wouldn't be possible due to printing of stables. And also try and find an older maturer horse to join them?
 
Personally, I don't usually think it is necessary to have an older horse in with all youngsters, but in your case I really do think it would help. Maybe try to find a retired broodmare, who loves babies but will put them in their place. Not all older horses like youngsters so you don't want one who will beat the proverbial out of them just for looking at him or her funny. I think with your situation it will help the youngster, especially if she is nice and calm and bringing him in and out with her will help him too. Also, if the mare is yours, you can ensure they are always together.
 
I'm sorry OP, you do seem to be trying your best with the facilities and horses you have available to you but leaving him in this up and down situation isn't helping your youngster and in time you'll understand that it has been a bad move to leave him there. I do wish you well and I hope that it all comes good in the end. I find it sad to see so many people buying youngsters who are not able to, or are unwilling to, have them raised correctly using old and well-tried methods. It's always the young horses who pay the price for this in later years, that's the sadness of it all for me :(
 
I was actually thinking it must be cheaper to find a grass youngstock livery than get another horse where you are? I think if you have an ask around, you will be surprised how many there are down your way.

Its not that I'm unwilling. I'm trying to juggle everything, he will not be staying here forever but until I find an equine job it's the only place I have currently. Least I'm seeking advise rather then leaving him to mature in this difficult situation!
