I just went on Young Prospects website as i like to check how he has been getting on, as my youngster is by him, only to find out that he suddenly died i believe back in May, i just wanted to know if anyone knew what happend to him, he was such a lovely stallion and if i ever bought a mare that i wanted to breed from i always said i wanted her to go to him as he sires such good youngstock. I still cannot believe it.
My thoughts go out to Victoria as he was one in a million to her and she thought the world and more of him.
Any news on him would be great.

I went to see him year before last when looking at stallions. I gather he dropped dead in his stable. Believe they were having a PM done. That's all I know.
 
Hi, Sorry don't know the detail but I was gutted too... had always earmarked him for my mare in the future.

I think the stud had a bad run of luck as they also lost Rebelara this year too. Hope things improve for them after an awful start to the season.
 
He was sold to someone down south and they had him a week or something like that then he just dropped dead. I know thw person who has bought another v nice ID stallion to stand at geoffs to replace young prospect.
