Katherine you are little!!!!! Can you believe I took Freddie out for a walk and still forgot to measure him!!!!!

Never known anything measure more than 11 inches. The fattest part of my calf is 13 1/2 inches. Your cob must be huge. But even if he doesn't have much feather, you'd be surprised at how thick the fur is there at this time of year.

I don't know about my 14.3 but my 13.3 sec D has 8 inches of bone infront.

Measured baby cob the other night, he's not three yet. Just over 9", he's gone up an inch in the last year.

What age do their legs stop expanding?

OK so I forgot to measure him again!! And I put refelective straps on his legs because he went out for a walk... will try to find a pic of his legs, but hard to show without the tB stood next to him for comparison!

My dad has a coloured cob stallion with just under 15 inches of bone - he's a tank!

my gypsy vanner cob has 10" forelimb and 10.5" hindlimbs, he also has a 50" girth and is built like a brick s***house! Plus, before anyone comments, he isn't overweight vet tells me he "just about the perfet weight" ...
