Mine when bought was described as a native (lightweight) cob cross..I'd be interested in people's opinions of what native breed he may be a cross of if it's possible to tell from this pic. I've been told by several people they think he looks a bit New Forest, someone else saw Exmoor in his winter face (mealy mouth and eye surrounds and an incredible winter coat). And he's a great good do-er as you can probably tell...

Maybe these 2 are related?

Hi,this is rose my cob x tb,shes 5 years old an absolute bombproof horse ahd her since she was 18 months old and done all of our hard work together an absolute saint with my 2 year old son-

and heres finley a 16hh friesian x cob,absolute stunner in the flesh,a big baby to be around and as gentle as they come its like having a big puppy on a leadrope,lol.

(he is chubby but hes off from work at the moment due to an injury,but hes on a diet,lol)Hope you like them.x

Absolutely no idea of breeding, but we thought he looked like he had some Highland in him came from Ireland. He is 9 years old - anyone able to guess the breed? About 14.2-15hh - He was pretty cobby and had feathers too

He looks abit like the pony i ride(im from ireland). Comet is a connemarra and he looks so much like him :O so im guessing connemarra X light weight cob? or highland

i bought her from a dealer as a 6 year old irish sports horse ( says so on her passport) but the dentist says shes 10 years old lol so i dont believe her breeding! just wondered what everyone else thinks!?!?!?!

This is 'Irish', covers a multitude of sins, but I suspect Irish Cob x Something else Irish?

Anyway, he has great 4WD!

Here is Rosie, a polish import, she was described as a "cob" when I bought her but I've had numerous people comment that she has Ardennes in her blood.
So, probably Ardennes X Cob? Your guess is as good as mine!
