your dream euro SJ team

That is the team I chose a while back, but I'm not convinced that Peppermill is being rested. Peter and Ben looked to have a certain claim on their places because of their form on teams this year. Peter has 2, arguably 3 possible horses.
 
I think I'd go with:

Tina Fletcher and Promised Land
Vicky Tulloch and Soligette
Geoff Lucket and Brickfield Boy
Tim Stockdale and Corlato
 
The first 3 each had 4 faults in the 1st round of a 1.50m today. I daresay the ground is still a bit yucky. Windsor of course has an all-weather surface not turf.
 
I think the ground was very holding there today, apparantly they had a load of rain yesterday - hence all the cricket scores from all the teams except France and Germany. It's a shame as I thought they had put a lot of money into the ground at Hickstead, so it's a bit dissapointing that it couldn't take the rain. Laura Renwick did well today

Was good to see ome good jumping yesterday. The crowd were soo willing Tim on to that last fence, was a shame he didn't do it, but really good to see corlato looking happy and well and back on form. Peter Charles has to be one of the most consistant riders out, a deserved win! Well done!

It was a big dissapointment to see Tim have the last down. And I think Groff Billington and Robert Smith were feeling a bit annouyed too after going clear but picking up 1 time fault.

But I agree Peter Charles was good to see win. Pitty we did not have performances like that in the nations cup.
