Your equestrian advisor - do they exist?

Does anyone know the above company - do they exist or are they a scam?
I have e-mailed them - no response, called them and spoken to a man twice who says no-one to take my call and they will get back to me - no-one does. Rang this morning about Piggy French clinic which I have paid £70 for to be told by same man that it is cancelled but no-one can talk to me and someone will call back, needless to say they haven't.
Has anyone else out there dealt with them

Have never heard of them but just had a look at their website. You've only cancelled today so I'd give them a day to get back to you.

How did you pay? If by PayPal then you could perhaps claim it back via them.

Hope you get your money back without any problems.

i booked a course last nov but had to cancel as my oh broke his shoulder. they were great then. keep trying, i vaguely remember them being a bit slow to reply!!

Oh dear! I have booked the Piggy French lesson on Sunday, haven't heard anything back from them. I have emailed them.

If you paid by paypal you should be able to get your money back, if it has been cancelled.

Some friends and I went to a Mary King demo at Towerlands back in February, organised by Your Equestrian Advisor. (There is a video of it on the website) We had no probs ordering tickets etc. It was all legit.

I went to the Piggy French clinic in the summer it was all good - they posted times on their website and it all went to plan. They are slow to update the website and they didn't answer the phone too quiclkly but they did call me back.

Thanks everyone - at least I know it is not a scam website now but still have not heard from them. I wonder how long it would have taken to contact me about the cancellation - has anyone else heard? btw its the Keysoe one.

I have just heard that the one at Great Witchingham has been cancelled, I called to see if the other dates were still on, the guy who answered the phone (who was verging on unpleasant) was extremely unhelpful. He said it had been cancelled due to insufficient numbers.

I have been refunded.

Very disapointed, was really looking forward to it, if I had realised the numebrs were low I could have rallied round a bit, or the groups could have been combined?
