I found this picture of Jeff and it is still one of my favourite pictures of him ever! It's not a pretty picture from a show, it's not a lovely picture of him soaring over a chase fence, it's not a nice picture of him at home - it's Jeff's attempt at Ballet Dancing! It didn't end well ... But he did walk away - well canter away the wrong way up the race course! Without a mark on him! The jockey was fine too!

Wow! Glad that turned out okay!!

Lovely idea for a thread :) I love this because I moved him down to Somerset on the day I got my dissertation results so I was sick with nerves (literally) not least because he's a notoriously bad loader but it only took 20 minutes and I got a first. What had the potential to be a nightmare of a day turned into an incredible one!

i love this shot of one of my mares, even though shes a green horse trying to figure out walk on a long rein during one of her first tests, I just love that it shows her kindness, her work ethic despite bucketing rain, her brain working away and her personality which always shines throughView attachment 29623,

Well I *was* going to post a photo of Fergs trying to rip my mare's face off, or possibly the one of Daemon nibbling her lady bits  But since it's Valentines Day, here's the main man down on one knee proposing* a few years ago...

One of the first times she started to actually show interest in humans as something she could potentially interact with. (She'd been on a year-long tour of dealers before I got her, and didn't have much of a personality showing.)

Aw thats such a lovely photo... we get rescues in and it's always my favourite moment when you start to see their personalities appear and they start engaging with you. Such a cutie in the photo too!!
