And apparently (shock horror, never would have guessed it) several rescuers are selling their horses as they haven't got the financial resources to care for them. Hmmmm not to do with making a profit then? And some of the Departments in France where people are buying these horses from have been found to be dealers.
So unless someone is rescuing from ERF or EMW or ideally supporting the ILPH Hook Not Hoof Campaign then as ever steer well clear by the sounds of things.

Poor blooming horses being passed from pillar to post and with no more certain a future than they had at the feedlots. I wonder how many of these horses who have been "rescued" by these Brits will find themselves back on that ferry again to cross the Channel and end up exactly where they were previously......
