Your Horse Live.......... don't want my money?

I tried to buy a couple of tickets this evening on line for Your Horse Live. I went all the way through the booking up till the method of payment only to find they don't accept Maestro Debit Cards. It's a standard Nat West Debit Card

I've used my card to buy their tickets in the past, I use the card all the time on line & this is the only occasion I've ever come across a site that doesn't accept them......does anyone know why?

There's a problem with the Ticket Factory website at the moment, but you can use a Maestro card over the phone. The number is 0844 3388 000.
