Thought people who are going tomorrow might be interested.....

The car park is very wet, I got there at eight so was parked right at front and only had a couple of feet to hardcore luckily but there was a tractor towing people out when I left!

There are roadworks in Stoneleigh village so avoid it!!! Friends didn't and it took them over an hour to get in.

Queues for main arena are long but seemed more organised than recent years, however unless you have VIP tickets you have to leave after the demo and re queue if you want to go into next one.

The blue seats are for VIP ticket holders only and the stewards were checking and moving people out of them.

Lots more bargains than other years :-)

The Carl and Charlotte demo was very good :-)

I'm shattered now but got.....

£20 just tog jod's
£15 john whittaker padded gillet
£25 horseware Ireland coat

Two lots of thermal socks and a head band thing to keep my ears warm xx

They need to make everyone turn right out of gate its a nightmare. So many empty blue seats and having to leave and join queue a pain so didnt bother after Carl. He was brilliant and it was relavant to us

I had a great time :)

Yes we spent 45mins-1hr in traffic but once we were in we watched Mary King (who had a empty seats!) and the thoroughbred rehabilitation centre. Both of which were excellent. Mary especially seems like such a lovely, down to earth person!

We managed to look round everything and I bought some wellies, a lovely wax jacket and some treats for the pony :) some great bargains to be found if you look.

Yes it was busy but no busier than olympia.

We left at 4 had no probs getting out in a little fiesta. All in all a great day! :D

YHL organisers have just updated their FB page to say that they have now put out yellow signs re-directing traffic so that you will avoid Stoneleigh village if coming from the north.... which is good as a friend of mine had a TWO-hour delay this morning. I came in from the south so there were no hold-ups at all.

I had a great day today, but was really annoyed at the Celeb signings, I took my best friends 7 year old to get autographs whilst my friend (who is in a wheelchair) stayed outside.

With Carl and Charlotte we weren't allowed to take photographs to save time, fair enough, but there seemed to be exeptions for some people

With Mary King after queuing for about half an hour we were told she had to go, so we wouldn't get her autograph - which really upset my friends daughter, Mary is her idol!

Must say Natasha Baker is lovely and one of the nicest people I've ever met!

Had a great day overall, but it did get a bit chaotic! Also spent more than I wanted too :o :D

Got stuck in traffic for nearly 2 hours due to road works. Pity that the event organisers didn't foresee this in time for today!
