your horse live tickets

sorry to bring this up again but has any one else ordered tickets to your horse live and hasnt had them yet i ordered mine a good few weeks ago and they still havent arrived last year i had them within 2 weeks. will wait for my bank statement to make sure the money has been taken but i know some 1 on here was waiting for them a few weeks ago wondered if any one else was still waiting

I went 3 years ago and had ordered tickets well in advance, they never arrived, when I phoned to say not arrived was told that they would be waiting for me at the ticket gate, they were thankfully, bit of a panic though!!

I've ordered some & not yet arrived. Last year I did the same, they took a long time to arrive. I phoned the ticket office & was told the reason they were being sent late was that the sponsors hadn't made their minds up what leaflets they wanted put in the envelopes with the tickets. Why do they bother? all the leaflets are dropped in the bin anyway!

Ordered mine end of Sept and they arrived a couple of days ago.
This is the 3rd year I've been, and tickets have always arrived well in time.

V excited, can't wait!
