I successfully used EQ21 on Weds (although I think it was supposed to expire on 31st Oct).

I used EQ21 yesterday and was successful. Told them I'd been trying to do it via the Internet but the site wasn't accepting my address (the truth) and that was the reason I'd missed the deadline (not so true...I missed it cuz I was late!) and the nice man on the phone did me two for one anyway.
