Is anyone going?
I usually go but last few years I've been disappointed. Ticket prices go up every year and also you have to buy different tickets to see demos.
High prices for food and ques for loos.
No real bargains to be had.
Not sure if I will go this year.
What do others think.

Yup we are :) I went for the first time last year after winning tickets and was surprised by how good it was. Lots of bargains to be had, although maybe that was because we went on the Sunday, though there was also a lot of tat to wade through. This year we're going to the evening with Carl Hester too, I can't wait!

Not going this year, partly because I’m working and too much bother to get someone to swap but also just got very bored with it over last few years.

No, I don't need anything and haven't really got the budget for a shopping spree - plus I don't find the demos all that interesting

Going for the first time this year, wanted to go the Sunday but made plans before I realised it was on so we are stuck with going the Saturday.

I'm going this year for the first time with my friend who has been every year since it started and assures me I'll get lots of bargains!

I'm really looking forward to it. We are also going to the Carl Hester Demo on the Saturday evening so making the day of it... Why not eh?!

I am not going this year. I have been nearly every year since it started, but didn't really enjoy it last year. I didn't even bother to go into the main arena for any of the demonstrations. Years ago the ones by Carl Hester were worth the entrance fee alone. However, my horse life has changed since my horse is older and I don't do competitions any more. No more lusting over those lovely horseboxes and all the stuff that you so "need."

There are good bargains to be had if you really want something in the rug/clothes lines. The demos are good if it is something you are particularly interested in. I do notice that there are less "new inventions" and there is less diversity of stands, it does tend to be a big shopping experience. I wouldn't put people off going as it is probably the only event like it. I think there are similar ones in the south west and one in Yorkshire.

Go most years but really to meet friend for a day out. Think it is expensive essentially to go round shops but it is an opportunity to discuss products with companies and will normally find a demo or two or talks not in the main arena to watch.
