Your horses, are they 'tidy' in the stable, or trashers?!

My mare is a trasher, always sleeps on the left using the banks as a pillow (always a distinct horse shape in the straw every morning), the right hand side is where she poos and wees - doesnt sound too bad but she then seems to wander round and mix the right hand side up you have layers of clean straw, poo and wee all mixed together to try and sort through.

I debated about putting her on shavings but straw is included in my livery cost and I know she'd probably cost me a fortune!
 
I have both mine on wood pellets - amazing stuff!!

Small hairy pony is very neat and hardly ever wees in the stable. Mare is a big girl but does it all in one corner so very quick to do but wees for England!
 
My boy acts like a cat and buries his poo and then gives it a good stir round so it takes ages to muck him out. Thankfully he only wees in one place though. In fact this morning found a big watery poo running down one of the wall's....nice!!

My girl is pretty tidy though and thankfully does hers mostly in one pile.
