Does anyone else have a silly long wish lists of items they'd like for their neds? Or is it just me?

I'd like....

A 5-point breastplate
Market Harborough
Barnsby Aurora Fetlock boots (have the tendon boots)
Various saddlecloths and half pads

And that's just a few!

Please tell me i'm not the only one?
 
Mine will go on forever- and i fear starting as it may depress me

Top of the list but probably the last to actually get is 3.5 ton horsebox
 
Field with stables and school
Andalusian classically trained in the field
Pot of gold in the middle

Pah! None of those a re long lists!!!

I have a spreadsheet, with a column for each horse, and a column for shared items/items for me.....with colour choices and prices!

Of course, I have the excuse that I'm off work with a busted leg, and bored out of my mind. Wish listing stops me boxwalking!

Oh dear I would be here all night! But top of my wish list atm is an equiport rolled leather head collar and a new pair of Bling Roeckl Gloves for stressage! God help me when the new season Anky and Eskadron colours come out lol!! :p
 
Top of my list is a bigger trailer to accomodate both my boys. I know I'm lucky to have a trailer at all, but when I bought it, I didn't have Nemo and whilst it should accomodate 2 x 16.2's, Harvey is too huge to go in the partition (I usually travel him without). So that is what I want! Don't suppose anyone wants to swap?
 
Enough money to buy my own 'perfect' yard :D

Realistically I'm broke atm but could do with the following for Merlin:
Spare HKM saddlecloth in red
Headcollar and leadrope in red
Fleece rug (red and black)
Heavyweight Fal turnout rug
Thermatex (in red or black)
Jeffries slip head for his chifney
& some Jeffries stirrup leather that actually match the saddle properly.

I'd love to buy Fudge an Otto Schumacher bridle though

& if I could buy soundness for Fudge and spavin free hind legs for Merlin that would be good too :D
 
My list would go along the lines of:

10 more acres (atleast, prefeably more!)
Huge indoor arena
Horsewalker
Extend my current outdoor arena and resurface
Build some more XC fences
Another Devoucoux dressage saddle
Another Antares jump saddle.........


....... and a groom!!!!!

Not much then!
 
Hahaha I always have a horsey wishlist. At the mo:

-all manner of matchy matchy things
-pikeur breeches in grey/brown/blue/black
-bates innova dressage saddle, fran has this and it is SO comfy
-black patent konigs
-otto schumacher browband for Bruce, because he clearly doesn't have enough bling
-want to copy fran and get him some sort of navy blue show rug (IE joshua jones etc)

I'm sure there's at least a billion things that I want but can't think of! xoxo
 
apart from the obv: box, stables and maybe be able to have time to do diy!
it would beeee: dressage and umping albions with a nice albion caverson, red/black jhl rugs in every weight stable/turnout to match our first one, come matching bandage saddlecloth sets and some SHOW JUMPS our only ones got nicked so we now have poles and balence them on tyres... dirty AND time consuming : (

oh and a sound pony pleeeeease x
 
I'd quite like the dressage saddle WOW said they would make me - I need a small deep seat on larger panels and short flaps with blocks my legs can actually reach. I live near the headquarters and can pop down there and they'll make the saddle from scratch to fit me (something involving me riding in a half polystyrene saddle and having it carved away to make the perfect blocks and flaps??), but having just bought my colt i haven't got the money :(

Realistically:

A browband with hot pink pearls, sounds gross, but I had one and it was lush, and now I cant find another one :(
A hot pink matchy matchy set, hopefully to distract from my grubby beige poys permanent state of ming!
A Saddle Company Heather Moffet saddle, again i had one, LOVED it and cant find another :(
Hard standing/corral type area

Less realistic:

A flood lit school at the field
Stables!
A smallish horse box
 
Small private yard with decent grazing, stables / barn in Essex please. Pref with nice little school... or a big one, I'm not that fussy ;) and/or a flat bit of field I can use for a jumping paddock. And a stream. I thing about streams :)

Naturally, the full set of gorgeous show jumps to go in the jumping field, and a few xc ones (or the time to make some :P). Dressage saddle for the pony.

Nice wool rugs with colour co-ordinated binding etc for each of the little devils and new saddle cloths (no matter how many I have they get ratty so quick!). Hmmm...

Some sanity for my dog would be nice. Oh and sunshine, lots of that...

(this could go on for a while)
 
oh gosh, oodles...
a Coverall for the far end of my manege, so half of it is weatherproof.
a treadmill, or a sea-walker, or both...
the rest of a set of Jump4Joy showjumps.
Practise xc fences.
a really lovely well-fitting xc saddle for Ellie, which is super-sticky for me.
Ecogold saddle pads.
a magic cure for Daisy's mystery back problem.
Loads of money for lots more training, and then for entries.
Greedy, moi?
 
hmmmm i seem to have got most of the stuff on my wish list (im very skint but my horse looks good :D) There is always something else i want thou!
I still want a few more bits and im saving the pennies for them
A jump shaped saddle cloth in black plus lots more coloured ones :D
Black stud guard would love a Prestige one but will prob go with a Shires
Kingsland sleeveless show shirt
Thermatex in my colours

However if was being greedy i would love
A Prestige jump saddle
No mud up the yard or a 4x4
More time in the day
More talent
More lessons if the talent doesnt come through
More money
Think thats it for now :D
