If you could have the most ideal riding club, what would be special about it or what would you ask for?

Would be grateful of any comments as it's all for research.

A club that caters for every age, experience and size or horse or pony they ride.

A club that actively encourages their members to better there knowledge, offers courses/exams in both riding and horse care, even if it means the courses are done outside the club at different riding establishments by BHS it would be nice for a club to do the research and say look there doing the stage 2 at so and so, does anybody interested in taking it, we'll organise it all if we have enough show of hands etc.
A club that offers a kiddies club, where one evening a week all the little ones on the small ponies can get together and have lessons or gymkhana games or learn about certain subject each week/month about horse care...parts of the horse, feeding, correct grooming, first aid etc etc

A club that offers road safety training.

Club shows, to include various classes, a club that does not exclude adults that ride ponies or under 14.2's!

Show clinic, to help novices prepare there horses for shows, or any other kinda of competition, including advice on getting horses fit and feeding for fitness and competition work.

Jumping/Dressage clinic.

Social Events - Evenings for the adults like a pub quiz, children's pony club camp/sleep overs, BBQ's, Coach trips to large equestrian events.

Just a nice friendly club with members of all ages and abilities were everyone is willing to help everyone and just enjoy themselves!

Same as Kenzo, plus an adult summer camp like my riding club. I'm going to mine next month - I can't wait!
The most imortant thing for me is that it has to be friendly, approachable and inclusive, offering shows, activities and instruction from the novice to advanced rider of all ages.
