As title really....!

Your miracle products you couldn't do without...and which actually work! ;)

Mine is Cowboy Magic Super Bodyshine - I used it a week ago on my girl and her tail and mane are still completely knot free and shiny, and it's true like it says on the packet she is far less dusty! And she's been out in the field too :)

Mine would be Red Horse Pruducts Honey Heal and Field Paste

Honey Heal is great on wounds being antiseptic but it also covers them so flies can't get at it.

Field Paste I find fab for keeping thrush at bay in the wet weather and I only apply it now and then

ArthriAid: Absolutely the only arthritis care I need for my 'oldies'. It works quickly and has given the 25 year old a new lease of life. All she needs now is a new breaking system!!

LeMieux Gloves: I wear these whenever I'm around the horses, for every job. I double glove in the winter and even ride in them. They are so good I've been known to go back indoors and wash my hands while I'm still wearing them! Should I confess to that?? Too late!

Could anyone recommend a powerful whitener?? Have a coloured i'm showing this season and have no idea the best one out there. I use Dermisol Cream on pretty much every scab, wound, injury! It speeds healing and hair growth and works wonders.

Cowboy Magic green stain remover.

Redhorse Sole Cleanse. Magnificent for keeping thrush at bay in a box resting horse.

Tresemme 'Everyday Deep cleansing' shampoo for getting white bits white. (and a pair of scissors for cutting the bits of yellow tail off! (that was my solution to the yellow tail whilst on box rest - cut it back to the white)

Tailgator tail bag. Fantastic for keeping tails clean.

Fruity - if your horse is a gelding, then there are several excellent stain removers, but blue or purple Fairy washing up liquid is really good. If your horse is a mare, then you might just be stuck with yellow urine stains. These are chemical stains and in my 7 years of experience, NOTHING will shift them They just have to be grown out. :(

Gallop stain remover shampoo is fantastic on greys, I then use the blue colour enhancing shampoo afterwards, and they glow :-)

Lynn Russell stable stain remover: fantastic stuff, also good for if you've boxed up and horsey has left poo all over the walls, just spray and hose, simples!

(not horsey product) but couldn't live without Avon Skin So Soft dry oil body spray (the blue one). Brill for keeping midges away both horse and human, also fantastic if you spray through a wet mane or tail, looks gorgeous.

Baby wipes for stable stains/pop in your grooming kit bag for shows etc.

Another for Gold Label Wonder Gel, I use it on everything, definitely like the sound of Cowboy Magic for manes and tails, will get some when I go into town again!

Oooh Avon SSS I forgot about that!!! :)

Yep, Cowboy Magic seems to be very highly rated, its kept my girls mane and tail so smooth and tangle free for a week now with no reapplication - seems their blurb on the back of the bottle is true!

I also love Bentley Slip Not brushes - they always seem to keep cleaner than the others and are lovely to use.

NAF Arnica - brilliant stuff, I used it after a car accident on my bruises and it eased them a considerable amount.

Allen and page fast fiber
My salamo sheepskin half pad - gorgeous, if anyone knows where to buy these online I'd love to know.
My memo foam girth from pink equine - they don't do them anymore.

Dually halter

Sorry meant to add:

Green Oils (in a tub) - invaluable for wounds/grazes etc, plus I've used it too!!

Ditto Sudocrem: cheap, cheerful and me and horsey can use it. Brill.

(um - please don't laugh!) I also keep in my first aid box a packet of Sanitary towels (not used!!!!) and/or disposable nappies. MUCH cheaper than Animalintex, and does the job just as well if you've got a wound which needs covering up with something sterile. If you're out doing TREC or Endurance, you can pop a sanny towel in your saddle bag alongside a "sticky bandage" roll, and you're sorted if you need to dress a cut or a wound! Simples.

Cowboy Magic for me too ;)

Beer towels - I use them for everything, just the right size for hot ragging, bathing, tack cleaning, boot cleaning, hoof cleaning etc etc and my local pub keep all their old ones for me so they are also free :D

Liquid paraffin for covering their legs and belly with before hunting - the mud just falls off :)

oooh i have the blue one at home currently, will buy both. She is has minimal markings, well 4 stockings, flash down her shoulder and tiny splodge at top of rump. She is mostly bay but it's the white legs that i'm dreading! I've noticed there are different cowboy magic bottles, which is the one for white coats/stains? seen a detangler and 2 different shampoos, not sure which your all raving about but it sounds fab. :)

Wonder Gel for horses and also use it on human skin conditions!

Lidl cheap shampoo gets the bays really clean and shiney but washes out really easily.

Ariat boots for me, never need wearing in, had a pair on for over 14hrs last Friday while grooming for OH eventing and didn't know I had them on could have been wearing slippers all day

7 day mud away - I actually found this works!!

Hibiscrub - use it for everything, the sheep, horses and dogs :)

Carr, Day and Martin - mane and tail conditioner - have always used this and been really happy, keeps mane and tail tangle free for days :)

Sudocream!!!!!!!!!!

Canter mane & tail

Hypericum & Calendula cream from Neals Yard

Red Horse Field Paste - amazing stuff, I use in the winter on my previously abscess/thrush prone pony and his feet came out of winter looking amazing ... and with no thrush or abscess in sight!

Silvastrol - Again, I use this spray to keep on top of any infection in the feet and so far, no sign of a thing! It also works a treat on minor injuries too.

I shall be investigating Cowboy Magic next too, seeing as it comes so highly rated by so many - my pony has a thick mane down to his shoulders and I use so much NAF detangler on a daily basis, I might as well own a share in the business ...! :D
