Went hacking round a disused airfield which is FANTASTIC going and had loads of fantastic places to canter

So had avery bouncy (madam doing star jumps at sheep

) "forward" hack

I went hunting

Out from 11 until 3.30 - came back early as I'm on the Master's yard & get a lift in his lorry and he's off to a hunt ball tonight, so had to go make himself pretty

Very boggy in places but had a lot of canters in the sunshine and did a bit of jumping, too. All good fun

I schooled for 30 mins, jumped for about 10-15 and then went for a hack ( all on same horse lol) LOVED it, love the weekends so much when I can actually spend some quality time with him!

Can't wait til summer!

well, today, felt quite tired,but managed to lunge my youngster, then got on, and walked her for 10 mins, shes not long rebacked, so she didnt buck or rear this time, so quite pleased with her...thats a week consistent work,. so gave myself a pat on the back.

went for our first hack alone since she she threw me in jan.... admittedly it was only road work and ony about 45 mins, but a huge step back up for the shattered confidence!
