A some of you would have figured I board peoples dogs when owners go on holidays.....I have been busy recently....most of my boarders are very well behaved...however recently I have had a few hat are plain NUMB for want of a better word
with some rather bad habits and naughty behaviour.....from pulling on the lead, like they have never been walked before to jumping on bentches and stealing food, to completley disobeying a simple command to answer to their name
problems easily corrected.....but is it my place and is there a point in even bothering when they will go home and be allowed to carry out the same behaviour
I have had a lot of nice comments of people stating that their dogs have returned home a better and more well behaved dogs.....should I be putting time into this or just simply looking after them to the best of my ability
I can put up with most of it with no stress/hassle, whilst they are with me
but it is hard not to correct the behaviour..its like second nature or something
What would u do?
Or expect me to do?....does that make sense
The rescue dogs have better manners and they have only been in a few weeks
