some peeps on my yard pay £40 per time for this and the horses apparantly tell the horse whisperer things
.i think its poppy cock-but im a sceptic and never believed it.perhaps i should try it lol??
What do you mean by horse whisperers? Is it animal communicators you mean? If it is, I think they are barking![]()
We once had a livery who used one of these people, after she left the owner came to us and told us that the horse had told her that she wasn't getting enough calories and needed more feed...i found it hard not to laugh![]()
It's a load of tosh but people are happy to believe anything that reassures them. Save your money you never know when you might really need it.
yes they come round and do a funny dance and then tell the owners things like they dont like their headcollars or they got backache.![]()

Horses tell me all sorts of things - I just have to listen!! But I'm certainly not a 'horse communicator' or any other such cr*p! And - funnily enough - they never tell me they don't like their name, or that they prefer a green rug to a red rug etc etc etc. They WILL tell me when they're not getting enough food (SOMETIMES I believe them!), and they'll tell me if their saddle is pinching, or if they have a sore back, or that they don't trust the bit! They'll even tell me that they're a bit frightened and confused about coming to a new yard, or if they've always got away with barging out of the stable before! Or that the person who started backing them cocked the job up big-time!
They'll tell you all the important things - you just have to listen!
